And all he could say was "I'm sorry." Apparently this guy thought he was doing a drug deal and then demanded that the undercover cop (the driver in the video) hand over the money in her purse. She tried to say it was in the trunk (maybe this info was improvised),
but eventually handed him the whole purse. As he turned to bail, the cops were already all over him and got him on the ground quickly.
