The song "Jeremy Henwood" tells the true story of an American hero--a police officer and active US Marine Reservist. Jeremy had served three tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan prior to working for four years with the San Diego Police Department. In
August 2011, he was hit in the face by shotgun fire from a madman in an unprovoked attack while he was stopped in traffic in his patrol car at a red light in the City Heights section of San Diego. Songwriter Mitchell Stone first learned of the story when he
