Heroes of Buffalo PD save boy who stopped breathing

"The Buffalo News reports that a life-saving drama was captured on a city video surveillance camera. Buffalo Police Officer Jose Vega performs mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on a boy who had stopped breathing. Vega is aided by Officers Derrick Ferrell and Valerie Stover-Kelly of the Buffalo Police Department.
