LA sheriff's deputy charged with sexual torture

Los Angeles sheriff's Deputy Robert McClain was charged with one felony count each of aggravated mayhem, torture, sodomy by force with great bodily injury, along with sentencing enhancements for personal use of a deadly weapon, great bodily injury to a sexual assault victim and the use of a deadly weapon during a sexual offense

"Making an attempt to fire him". It should be a little bit more than just an attempt. There is a thin line we as law enforcement walk as it is when it come to up holding the law and doing what is right and this idiot crossed it.
