Female Manhattan cop dances while directing traffic

Uploaded on YouTube last week, Paul Boulat was on his way to work in New York when a female police officer began to show off her impressive dance skills (seen around the 1:00 mark) while directing traffic at the busy intersection at 59th Street and 3rd Avenue.

First of all, no one knows her title. There are traffic agents that have arrest authority and can also write moving violations. T.E.A. II's can write parkers as well as movers and T.E.A. IV's can direct traffic, write parkers and movers and carry cuffs as a part of the uniform. They have arrest powers as well.

Not a Police Officer, but a Traffic Enforcement Officer. NYPD Employee, but not Sworn. No arrest authority, no gun.

They have "dancing" traffic wardens all over the world. Some are quite good and famous. This is not however a police officer, but a "Traffic Enforcement Agent" (identified by white cap and light blue shirt). They used to work for Transportation Department, but now work for NYPD but are not sworn officers. They direct traffic and issue parking tickets only.
