Yes you are suppose to wear a seat belt at all times. Yet sometimes a cop has to get out of there vehicle fast and seat belt delays them. But they are suppose to be wearing seat belts. As far as pulling over a Police vehicle. I highly doubt that will happen. Though they should stop and talk to you. IF THEY ARE NOT ON AN ASSIGNMENT. Remember they do not use Lights and sirens on all assignment. Have a complaint call the local office or H.Q. That is my opinion. I am not a Police Officer so maybe they will say something else. But I have worked alongside the Police so this is just my opinion for what it counts.
