looks like he was rushing to help and was just going to fast to stop. glad the officer that got hit recovered. glad the perp is back where he belongs.

It must be really fun to sit back in a nice easy chair and second guess a cop in the middle of a fight, or a cop going to help another cop thats chasing a bad guy. I work in a area where somtimes stuff" happens because "wolfs" make that choice. "Sheepdogs" try to stop the "wolfs" and somtimes "stuff" happens. Quit being a "sheep" and put yourself in a cop's boots."

Actually this was a botched bank robbery and car jacking. And yes it was a case of to much adrinalin and to many officers in one place. The perp in a frequent flyer in our justice system and was sent back to the pen via his parole and for the new charge. The officer that was hit? As far as I know has recovered completely as well as the perp. The officer that hit them with the car? not sure.
