An Overland Park man faces several charges after an altercation at Arrowhead Stadium Sunday during which he allegedly kicked a police officer in the groin.

I'm a little confused. The subject was actively resisting and the tazer didn't make contact once. It was out, in hand, but wasn't being used. Put it away and use both hands to gain compliance, or drive stun and gain compliance.

I personally feel as a fellow LEO that these Officrs needed to take physical control of the subject. they may be "detaining" him on the floor. they do not have control of him. They out numbered him and had advantage positioning.
